New York, NY - August 22, 2012 - TriPlay,

MyMusicCloud
and
MyDigipack,
today
announced that it has secured $5 million in a Series C round of financing provided by Kenges
Rakishev, a
noted global business leader and technology investor. TriPlay, which has raised $15 million,
including the
investment from Rakishev, plans to use the funding to intensify its marketing efforts for
accelerating user
acquisition, new business partnerships and expanding its global footprint into Europe and
Asia.
Since launching its services, TriPlay has seen significant user-base
growth
and an
increasing demand for its unique cloud-based solutions. MyMusicCloud was selected as a

and
investment
in our company reaffirms the importance of providing consumers worldwide with the freedom
and
flexibility to
enjoy their music, photos and videos on any device. The investment and Mr. Rakishev's board

outside of
the U.S."
MyMusicCloud
is the only cloud music service that enables users to sync their music collections across
